Edit of a new textbook supporting the delivery of Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) in the Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Package (SIT07).
This book was part of a set being produced by Carson Dellosa in the US. My role was to research photos, obtain permission, negotiate fees and provide a complete set of images and artwork/permissions list with copyright information and captions to the client.
When the publisher decided to reprint for Australia and New Zealand I did the research and permissions for the region.

Retail Revolution and the Battle for the Next 500 Million Shoppers
A straight copyedit job with a great author and fascinating topic.

For the 'Zap' themed issue of Challenge, a magazine for kids aged 11 to 13, I focussed on saving electricity in the home. I interviewed a few kids living in energy-conscious families and took some photos to accompany the article.
For the 'My World' themed issue of Explore, a magazine for 8- to 10-year-olds I wanted to introduce the United Nations Rights of the Child in an accessible form.
